Vendor Research, Selection and Coordination

It's A Fiesta has many resources and contacts in the hospitality, tourism and entertainment industries to help us research and recruit the best vendors for your special event. We research prospective vendors required for the event. We give them a detailed description of the event requirements and determine if they offer suitable solutions. If they do, we negotiate price and terms. Then we submit the appropriate information to you for approval. Once a vendor has been chosen, It's A Fiesta will work closely with the vendor to insure all commitments are kept - prior to, during and after the event.
