Jim
Arthur serves as events director and primary contact for It's A Fiesta.
After analyzing your event objectives and budget, Jim will lead the way in planning
and producing your most memorable and hassle-free events.
Following
are just a few highlights of events Jim has been responsible for planning and
producing over the years: - Over
100 Ground Breaking and Memorial Dedication Ceremonies; including the
Vietnam War Memorial, Women's Vietnam War Memorial, Korean War Memorial, and the
National Police Memorial
- Design
and construction of operation centers to support Federal, state, and local law
enforcement and supporting agencies, local fire departments, as well as International
and domestic media. Events included:

For
over 30 years Jim served as Special Events Director for the U.S. Government. For
most of that tenure, he was assigned directly to the White House. He was responsible
